- We accept returns for unused products that don’t meet your requirements within 30 days of receipt.
- Please note that ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping. Email us at [email protected] with your order # and we will email you the address to ship your return to.
- We do not refund your original shipping costs, only the product cost and any taxes paid.
- Once your return is received, it will be processed within 5 business days, and you will receive an email confirming the return
- Please allow 2-5 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original form of payment.
